  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number used for secure login and authentication.
  • Preference Data: Initials and display settings stored via functional cookies.
  • Logged Data: Processed and retained server-side for operational purposes, but not directly linked to any personally identifiable information.

Logged data is collected and retained on our servers to monitor performance, detect anomalies, and improve user experience. This includes:

  • Request metadata: Timestamps, endpoints accessed, HTTP methods, and response codes
  • Session context: Tenant ID, role, and authentication status
  • Device info: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address

This data is not directly linked to any personally identifiable information (PII). While session identifiers or tenant context may be used for debugging and audit purposes, the data is never used to profile individuals or track behavior across sessions.

Logged data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is purged or anonymized. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and used solely for operational, security, and compliance purposes.

I do not sell or share logged data with third parties. Logged data may be accessed by authorized personnel for debugging, analytics, or legal compliance only.

Under applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), users may:
